Marketplace Guidelines

1. Philosophy

Kapital Fútbol is a connection platform: we help two collectors find each other, but the physical trade (sticker shipping, payment) happens off the Platform between the two parties.

These rules exist to keep a trustworthy ecosystem. Breaking them may result in account suspension or deletion.

2. Allowed listings

A valid listing meets these criteria:

• It's a real sticker from the official World Cup 2026 album or related tournaments.
• Has an honest condition description (perfect / light marks / damaged).
• If priced, in USD reflecting reasonable market value.
• If for trade, lists specific codes of stickers you'd accept.
• Real photo of the sticker (not stock image) when included.

3. Prohibited listings

We remove without notice listings that:

• Offer counterfeit stickers, copies, or unofficial reprints.
• Show manifestly abusive prices relative to market value.
• Are spam, duplicates, or repeated posts to inflate visibility.
• Contain external contact information (WhatsApp, Telegram, email) in the description.
• Promote other marketplaces or parallel channels.

4. Chat rules

The chat exists so both parties agree on trade conditions. It's forbidden to:

• Exchange external contact information before completing at least one trade (this prevents reputation building on the Platform).
• Insult, harass, or threaten the other party.
• Request advance payment without verifying the counterpart's identity via video or any other reasonable method.
• Send links to suspicious external sites.

5. How to complete a trade

1. Agree on conditions in chat: which sticker is traded or sold, price, shipping method.

2. Verify counterpart's identity (we suggest asking for a photo of the sticker with a paper note showing the username).

3. If shipping by mail, use a tracked service.

4. Once you receive the sticker, mark the trade as 'Completed' on the listing page (only the owner can do this).

5. Both parties rate 1-5 stars with optional note. Ratings are public and build your reputation.

6. Reports

If something goes wrong you can report the user or listing via the 'Report' button. We review every report and take action when applicable.

Malicious or repeated baseless reports may result in sanctions against the reporter.

7. Important disclaimer

Kapital Fútbol is NOT responsible for the trade outcome. We do not process payments, do not guarantee shipping, do not act as arbiter in disputes. Your protection lies in the counterpart's reputation (ratings) and in following this guide's recommendations.

If you get scammed, report it here (we'll suspend the user) and to the appropriate authorities.
